Manuscript Authored by Faculty from UNT CeCERA and GSU DICE Published in Journal of Computational Science

The manuscript Applying a Probabilistic Infection Model for studying contagion processes in contact networks has been published in the Journal of Computation Science. William Qian (the first author of this manuscript) is currently a student at the University of Pennsylvania. Sanjukta Bhowmick and Marty O'Neill are at the University of North Texas Center for Computational Epidemiology and Response Analysis. Susie Ramisetty-Mikler and Armin R. Mikler are at the Georgia State University Center for Disaster Informatics and Computational Epidemiology. This manuscript describes a novel, deterministic approach to modeling the contagion process that captures individual-level data regarding exposure risk.
